The quality of our work led to further collaboration on the client’s next high-profile project.
The course search process was long, unclear, and often led users to dead ends. With multiple steps and disconnected filters, the journey lacked continuity — causing frustration and drop-offs.
The website no longer reflected the dynamic spirit of Egurrola Dance Studio. Both the client and users felt disconnected from the design, which weakened brand credibility.
We faced a fixed go-live date while the project scope grew at each stage.
I presented key insights from data analysis, facilitated the creation of two user personas, and led a Customer Journey Mapping session.
To stay on track with the timeline, I introduced a client-facing wishlist - helping us separate must-haves from nice-to-haves and maintain focus on priorities.
Together with the project manager, we broke the project into phases and coordinated parallel workflows across teams.
I created a full information architecture for the complex portal - mapping key pages, features, and user flows. Workshop insights and data analysis made this stage smooth and focused.
I designed an optimized search experience for EDS, allowing users to filter by location, dance style, and age group - tailored to the structure of schools across multiple cities.
I always prototype my solutions - it speeds up approvals, supports collaboration, and helps clients clearly understand how the website will work.
Regular consultations with developers led to time and budget optimizations - while fostering mutual learning and better decision-making.
Working with multiple subcontractors highlighted the importance of identifying and considering all stakeholders early on to reduce risk.
Throughout the project, I clearly communicated what was achievable within the timeline - sharing both recommendations and potential risks to build trust and clarity.
